The Design-Build firm will perform services for this Project under aTwo-Phase delivery method

bull Phase 1 ndash Pre-Construction and Shuttle Bus MaintenanceConstruction Phase 1 includes Pre-Construction activities sitework the building shell as well as the build-out of the VMF andShuttle Bus Maintenance areas Shuttle Bus Maintenance is theinitial priority and must be able to occupy their designated area byDecember 2019

bull Phase 2 ndash Remaining Construction Services Phase 2 ofconstruction includes the build out of the second floor for SCM andOPS spaces At no time will Phase 2 interfere with the set Phase 1completion date of December 2019 unless the proposed work isconducive to the completion of Phase 1
