The faculty development program is organized in Dr. D Y Patil School of Engineering

& Technology by Department of Electronics & Telecommunication.

The Session was conducted by a eminent Guest speaker Dr. Ajit Kumar Verma. He is

professor in Engineering, Haugesund /Norway and Professor in Electrical Engineering

department IIT Bombay, India.

The program was started around 10.30 am by Saraswati puja and deep prajwalan.

Welcome speech was given by Dr .Uttam Kalwane (Principal of Dr. D Y Patil School of

Engineering & Technology).

Dr. Ajit Kumar Verma started there speech by giving guild line to teacher about

teaching, interaction with student. His thrown focus on of Collabra ration of industry with the

department level in collages. He briefed faculty about publications in international level. It

was an enlightening session as he shared real life experiences and interactive session for the

faculty where he answered all the queries put up by the faculty to their full satisfaction. He

has also focused on the networking amongst the Institution to Institution and Industry to

Institution.

Faculties (48) from all the departments were present. Program was Coordinated by Prof.

Wani Mukund Govind HOD (E&TC) and his colleagues .The program was anchored by

Ms.Anagha Kulkarni (E&TC). The program ended with vote of thanks given by Prof.

Mrs.Sadhana Gawade.
