Observation of Exterior Coating System:

The exterior coating is exhibiting delamination, corrosion, rusting, cracking, chalking and blemishing invarious areas on the tank. The influent riser, support columns, bowl and roof seemed to have beenimproperly coated in the last several years. A Dry Film Thickness test was performed on the tankroof and received an average reading of 10.8 mils. Recommend replacing lower section ofcolumn ladder and a full exterior overcoat/spot repair within the next two years.

The interior of the tank is exhibiting areas of corrosion, surface rust and rust staining along the roofsupport beams, shell wall and ladder. Also, sediment is present in tank bowl. Recommend washout/disinfect within one year and a full interior overcoat/spot repair within two years.
