Registering for the

Nursing TEAS V Exam

NOTE: You must use MOZILLA FIREFOX to register for TEAS!!!

Step 1: go to www.atitesting.com

Step 2: Click on “Create an Account”

Step 3: Complete all seven parts to register with ATI Testing

Step 4: Click on “Online Store” to look for the dates and times for test-ing

Step 5: Click on “Register for...TEAS”

Step 6: Select the following options:

“TEAS for Nursing Students”

“USA”

“Texas”

“San Antonio”

From the pull-down menus. Then click “NEXT”

Step 7: Use the pull-down menu and select “St Philips College TEAS Nursing”

Step 8: Select the date and time for the test from the available sessions.

Step 9: Pay for your session

Step 10: You will receive an email confirmation listing date, time and requirements for the day of testing. It is recommended that you print a copy and bring it with you the day of the exam.

For students requiring 504 Accommodations, please submit a copy of the paperwork provided by

the Disability Services Office at least two (2) weeks prior to the TEAS test date.
