Reflex was founded in Mumbai (Bombay) India in 1993. Since the very

beginning we have always been a technology oriented organization built to

meet the customers’ challenging Factory Automation requirements.

Originally a supplier of machine automation and component handling

WHAT IS IML ?

IML is “In Mould Labeling“ process for labeling or

decorating a plastic object while it is being formed in the

mould. In the in-mould labeling process, a label or

appliqué is placed in the open mould and held in the

desired position by appropriate means. The mould closes

and molten plastic resin is extruded or injected into the

mould where it get affixed to the shape of the object,

making it an integral part of the moulded object.
