Six manufacturers reported producing and supplying RCN for use in CA

127 newsprint consumers (printers & publishers) reported using newsprint ◦ 76% of these consumers met the 50% RCN usage

requirement◦ 24% Claimed exemptions

Overall newsprint supply and usage were down as anticipated due to industry changes.

consumers◦ Requested back-up from another 26 consumers
