SAFE ROOMS

All of our housekeepers follow strict guidelines to avoid cross contamination between rooms. Your room will be uniquely yours.

All bed sheets are changed as frequent as you wish. We minimise the use of scatter cushions and bed throws which are always clean.

We use cleaning products which are kind to the environment but will keep you safe from bacterias, viruses, fungi and spores.

We change all towels and amenities even if they have not been used.

Should any guest have tested positive for Covid-19, we follow National Health Authority Guidelines on standards of cleaning the room and other areas where the guest would have been.

SAFE FOODWe will make your visit relaxed while following official guidelines on space and maximum number of guests

While you relax, we make the extra efforts to ensure that all surfaces are clean and ready for your use. We will place you at a neatly prepared table.

Let us spoil you with table service! We will come to you and guide you through your dining experience.

We will keep you and your colleagues informed at all times. You will feel welcomed under the watchful eye of your meeting coordinator.

While having your safety as focus, we will take measures to make sure we know who is visiting us. We may ask you for more information than normal ahead of your meeting to discreetly make sure you and your colleagues are taken care of at all times.

SAFE SPATo allow for a safe environment for therapists and guests, we have taken measures to control both spacing and number of visitors at all times.

While you relax, we make sure that every precaution is taken. We use cleaning products which are kind to the environment but will keep you safe from bacterias, viruses, fungi and spores.

We follow International Guidelines on water safety. The latest requirements for treating water is always priority.

While you use our Spa Facilities, we will make sure that you are easily informed along the way to keep the experience smooth and safe for all.

To make the experience as smooth as possible, we will allow for other means of changing and showering facilities which will be private to you.

While having your safety as focus, we will take measures to make sure we know who is visiting us. We may ask you for more information than normal ahead of your visit to discreetly make sure you and your fellow guests are taken care of at all times.
