THE FINE PRINT
INCLUSIONS
Quick service orders are designed for luncheon events dropped off to your home or office Monday – Friday before 4 pm.
Additional fees may apply for evening and weekend drop offs. We also offer menus for private in-home events and
weddings. We are happy to customize menus to fit your vision and your budget.
Compostable plates, napkins and flatware are included with your order. Table covers upon request.
We offer bamboo disposable plateware for $3 per person.
We require 48 hours’ notice for orders are all of our items are made fresh in house
We do our best to accommodate any “last minute” orders
Ordering hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday
There is a minimum delivery of $150 on weekdays and $350 on weekends
DIETARY
Seedling & Sage is dedicated to accommodating all dietary needs. Our Chef’s are trained to prepare Gluten-Free,
Vegan, Paleo, and Vegetarian Meals. However, there is always the possibility of cross contamination which could affect
a severe allergy.
DELIVERY + STAFFING
A service charge/gratuity of 15% will be charged for the delivery and basic set up of your catering order. We
request a 30 minute window for delivery (15 minutes before/after). If there is not parking at your venue, you
are required to make necessary arrangements for drop off.
Want to really relax and enjoy the party? Book one of our staff members to set up your event, service your event
and break down your event. You will not need to pay for delivery and set up if you hire a staff member.
PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of order confirmation. All credit cards are charged a 3.5% administrative fee. Personal
checks are also accepted.
We ask that all event orders are signed one week prior to the event date. Guests counts are guaranteed at this time and
cannot be reduced. Events cancelled inside of 72 hours are non-refundable.
