In accordance with Section 63 of the Electoral Act 1992, I have ascertained and set out in Schedule A hereunder, as at thedate indicated, the number of electors enrolled in each Electoral District for the State of Queensland and have determinedthe average district enrolment and the extent to which the number of electors enrolled in each district differs from theaverage enrolment.
Schedule B indicates the adjusted enrolment for Electoral Districts of 100,000 square kilometres or more in area, beingthe sum of the number of enrolled electors and the additional large district number as specified in Section 45 of the Act,and the extent to which those districts differ from the average district enrolment in Schedule A.

I, Hon Kate Jones MP, Minister for Education and Minister for Tourismand Major Events, give notice that under the Sustainable PlanningAct 2009, chapter 5, part 2, I made a Ministerial designation of landfor community infrastructure.
Description of the land to which the designation applies
The Ministerial designation applies to land at 136A and138 Robertson Road, Silkstone.
The land is described as Lot 76 on CP816127 and Lot 25 onRP893641.
Type of proposed community infrastructure for which the landhas been designated
The land has been designated for the Claremont Special School.
The community infrastructure is described under Schedule 2,Part 2 of the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009 as follows:
4 community and cultural facilities, including facilitieswhere an education and care service under the Educationand Care Services National Law (Queensland) is operatedor a QEC approved service under the Education and CareServices Act 2013 is operated, community centres,meeting halls, galleries and libraries.
