1. This notice may be cited as the Objections to Proposed Road Closure Notice (No 43) 2015.Application for road closure [s.100 of the Act]

2. Applications have been made for the permanent closure of the roads mentioned in the Schedule.Objections

3.(1) An objection (in writing) to the proposed road closures mentioned in the Schedule may be lodged with the Executive Director,

the region in which the road is situated.(2) Latest day for lodgement of objections is 24 December 2015.(3) Any objections received may be viewed by other parties

interested in the proposed road closure under the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2009. If you lodge an objection, please include in your objection letter whether you would like to be consulted if this issue becomes the subject of an access request under the Right to Information Act 2009.Plans

4. Inspection of the plans of the proposed road closures may be made at-

Sustainable Planning Act 2009

NOTIFICATION OF MAKING AMENDED SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND KOALA CONSERVATION STATE PLANNING REGULATORY

PROVISIONS

I, the Honourable Dr Steven Miles MP, Minister for Environment andHeritage Protection and Minister for National Parks and the GreatBarrier Reef and I, the Honourable Jackie Trad MP Deputy Premier,Minister for Transport, Minister for Infrastructure, Local Governmentand Planning and Minister for Trade, hereby notify under theSustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA) that the amended South EastQueensland Koala Conservation State Planning RegulatoryProvisions (amended SPRP) has been made.

State Planning Regulatory Provision amendedThe amendment reflects koala offset requirements contained withinthe Environmental Offsets Transitional Regulation 2014 which expiredon 1 July 2015. The amended SPRP gives permanent effect to thekoala offset provisions that were under the Environmental OffsetsTransitional Regulation 2014.

A Ministerial designation has been madeI, the Honourable Cameron Dick MP, Minister for Health andMinister for Ambulance Services, give notice that under theSustainable Planning Act 2009, chapter 5, part 2, I made aMinisterial designation of land for community infrastructure.

Description of the land to which the designation appliesThe Ministerial designation applies to land at 57-65 WyllieStreet, Thabeban.

Type of proposed community infrastructure for which the landhas been designated

The land has been designated for the Bundaberg Co-locatedEmergency Services Facility (comprising an Ambulance Stationand Fire and Emergency Services Station).
