To be successful as the Quality Director for this Healthcare delivery organization located in the St. Louis area, you will have strong experience managing the Quality function within a Pharmaceutical organization with an understanding of Pharmacy regulatory requirements at the state and federal level. You will provide project management oversight, risk assessment and represent quality matters with clients and site level leadership team.
Responsibilities: As a member of the site leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality function and influencing other members of the Sr. Leadership team. You will work with customers during pre-contract discussions to obtain understanding of the client’s objectives and weight them against the site's capabilities and the provide risk mitigation as well as quality / regulatory impact assessment. You will also provide oversight to the quality staff, cCGMP, GDP and CSV systems.
Requirements: This role requires a Bachelor Science degree with a minimum of 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industries. Ph.D. preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge and /or experience in specialty pharmacy preferred. Candidate must possess strong leadership skills and devise strategies necessary to achieve business objectives and drive the quality assurance process for the organization. Strong project management skills - ability to take programs from concept to execution, and manage all stages. Superb attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills. Proven leadership qualities in developing teams and building internal and external relationships.
