QCL Support ServicesOur extensive installed base of instrumentation is supported by our servicecentre, staffed by a dedicated team andsupplemented by engineers based at strategicpositions around the UK, enabling us to delivera quick response time to service requests andbreakdown emergencies. We pride ourselvesin maintaining our average response time to acall-out at less than 24-hours. We also supportour customers who work 365 days a year witha weekend and Bank Holiday call-out service.

Some customers may find it moreconvenient or less costly to send their

instruments to our workshop for repair, servicing or calibration. Theturnaround time is usually within 48-hours of receipt.

Pasteurisation VerificationThe Fluorophos ALP Test System takes the phosphatase test for pasteurisationverification to its highest level, detecting contamination of as little as 0.003%

raw milk contamination. TheFluorophos ALP Test is the UKreference test and has beenapproved by the ISO (ISO11816-1), IDF, Interstate Milk Shippersand AOAC. It is more sensitive,

quicker and reproducible thanolder methods. The high sensitivity of theFluorophos Assay allows trendsin pasteuriser performance tobe monitored. A gradual

deterioration can be identified andrectified well in advance of a legal failure.

CryoscopeThe 4250 single-sample cryoscope provides fast and

accurate measurements of extraneous water in milk.Combining advanced features with simplified

operation, this low maintenance, reliablehigh performance laboratory instrumentmeasures up to 35 samples per hour.Routine testing can be accomplished withjust two buttons. The 4250 uses theindustry standard thermistor freezingpoint method to precisely determine thelevel of extraneous water.

Rapid IR Compositional AnalysisThe Delta LactoScope FTIR Advanced is the complete flexible dairy analyserthat is used for the analysis of liquid milk, milk concentrates, creams, whey,whey derivatives, yogurt, ice cream, diluted products, hard cheese and more.It measures the complete spectrum of a dairy sample allowing the analysis ofmany components simultaneously. It has a capacity of up to 120 samples perhour and includes automatic zeroing and cleaning.

The Delta Lactoscope Filteris a stand-alone versatileanalyser for liquid milks,creams, cultured productsand ice creams. It measuresup to 150 samples per hourand features auto zero andcleaning with 5 litre tanks. Itprovides liquid dairy andcheese processors withsimple, accurate and costeffective routine analysis.

Rapid NIR Composition AnalysisThe Quant Fourier Transform Near Infrared (FT-NIR) system is the modernsolution for rapid compositional analysis of any food, drink or agriculturalsample.
