EXAMPLE: Hong Kong, ShaTin District; Existing Sewage Treatment Facility (Site Assessment)

Currently the site is processing an estimated 340,000 Cubic Meters of Sewage and 120 tons of sludge per day.With our new technologies we can supersede the current specifications with much more efficiency in less than 14% of the current area. Redevelopment can begin in 12-18 months for 86% of the land as the new system is installed.

We offer an expanded treatment capacity solution of both scope and scale. Our Advanced Technology Sewage System on this site can be expanded to 510,000 Cubic Meters/day with the sludge capacity increased to over 500 Metric tons per day. In addition we increase the scope of production with potable water of 100 Million Gallons/day.

Precise Venture Holdings Limited offers the services and production contract with our advanced technology for ShaTin, Sewerage Treatment Facility.

ShaTin facility, site reduction in physical size to about 13.5% of the current footprint within location.

Redeveloped Treatment Facility plan; to install 510,000 m3/d base capacity with total site capacity for over 680,000 cubic meters /day

Our Sludge destruction process will achieve onsite destruction without waste stream with the base capacity of 510 tons/day

Our advanced systems produces high grade potable water, electric and SynGas in large volumes

This reduction of site does not create any problems for handling the production for sewage and sludgehandling. The current ship dock would need to be increased in size to handle the additional volume ofproduction and the green line represent 150 meters in length for ship safety and loading zone for ourprocessing sewage creating SynGas for power production and for Potable Water Tankers

This area should be our dedicated buffer zone for transport ships.

From our preliminary evaluation we believe that none of the buildings on the sewage treatment site would need to exceed 7 commercial floors for the total site. By utilization of the cubic area we can effectively process additional gas for electrical power in excess of the treatment plants requirements

After a full site evaluation we would be able to provide additional information in total site services and production capacities.The information below is about additional land development usage, it is not our intent, however noted that it would not effect our operational requirements for the long term site development.

This area is about160 feet X 40 feet6400 square foot area to be used as the start point for the STAGE #1 system installation.

This area is about260 feet X 50 feet13,000 square foot . This area would be used for the STAGE #2 system installation.

We would start with theses two areas by placing our modular units in place for handling the main sewage treatment directly from input lines of raw sewage after removal of floating or heavy solids.

With our modern solid waste systems, this area would have the base processing capacity of more than 240 Metric tons/hour. For 5,760 Metric Tons per day.Clean production products would be loaded on ships daily with no waste stream

The site integrated with the sewage treatment site has the combined capacity of handling all categories of solid waste for up to 600 Metric Tons per hour without any backload of waste or buildup during production. That’s equal to 25 machine stations for 14,400 Metric tons per day.
