project overview The Tooley & Foster Partnership, in association with Kind & Co (Builders) Ltd, were appointed by The Tower of London for the complete refurbishment of the main public toilets in the Brick Tower. The existing toilets had been in use for 30 years and the new proposals involved extensive re-planning, including full disabled and baby-changing facilities with new fittings and finishes throughout. The new design, respecting and enhancing the 19th century character of the building, was developed in close association with the PSA and English Heritage. project services Architecture
