The Department of Home-land Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicits technical information or comments on proposed flood hazard determina-tions for the Flood Insur-ance Rate Map (FIRM), and where applicable, the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for your com-munity. These flood haz-ard determinations may include the addition or mod-ification of Base Flood Ele-vations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries or zone desig-nations, or the regulatory floodway. The FIRM and, if applicable, the FIS re-port have been revised to reflect these flood hazard determinations through is-suance of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), in ac-cordance with Title 44, Part 65 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
