Don Rongione joined Bollman Hat Company in 1982 as Controller and served in several roles before being named President, CEO and Chairman on July 1, 2002. Don grew up in Philadelphia and attended LaSalle College where he was awarded a Bachelor's Degree in management and accounting. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant designation and worked a Senior Auditor with KPMG in Philadelphia.
