Najran City – An Introduction
Najran region lies in the south west part of Saudi Arabia, near to the Yemen border . Najran history dates back to 4,000 years that unravels ancestral remnants of Arabian habitat, trade, livestock and agriculture. The archaeological town of Al-Okhdood (mentioned in the Holy Quran) is one of the most important archaeological sites in Najran region. Najran retail market mainly comprised of strip retails showrooms . Few medium level super markets/hyper markets like Othaim Market, Najran Mall and Hyper Panda are located in different areas of the city. Retail showrooms are mostly targeting local residents and tourists visiting the city for different purposes.
