This bubble chart is used by business stakeholders to determine which of these projects align to the stated company strategy and should be implemented Process and Tools: The process and methods used differ by performing organizations but in general the standard is defined and documented and governed by the enterprise PMO or departmental portfolio management. In large organizations, this activity is performed using a tool for the purpose of ease and accuracy.
