Long-term Goals A foundation of trust allows law enforcement to

form close relationships with all facets of the

community that reduces crime, disproportionality in

the criminal justice system and an “us versus them”

attitude.

Members of the community including law

enforcement are active allies in the effort to

enhance the safety and wellbeing of

neighborhoods.

experiences than the majority of White

residents.

Most Project PEACE participants believe

these conversations will improve

relationships between Police and

Residents.
