With all the benefits of ownership without the initial capital outlay, payments are made up of capital and fixed interest at the time of documentation offering security of fixed repayments that can act as a hedge against inflation and rising interest rates. The VAT is fully reclaimable for applicable purchases and the interest on the agreement can also be off set against tax.

The machine becomes yours once all the payments have been made and you can benefit from the tax writing down allowances including the Annual Investment Allowance, just as if you’d have paid cash.

A £245 documentation fee is payable with the first payment and a £50+VAT option-to-purchase fee will be collected together with the final payment; these amounts are payable on all Hire Purchase agreements.

An option to consider when owning the goods isn’t important to you, but benefitting from a typically lower payment is - due to a proportion of the value being unpaid by you which we call the Investment Value.

The Investment Value is stood by JCB Finance who give you the opportunity to find a buyer of the goods at the end of the agreement. Any sale price achieved higher than this investment value is yours! Terms apply, such as you need to give the original supplying dealer first option but you decide whether or not to accept this offer.

Alternatively you can return the goods to JCB Finance at the end of the term subject to the return conditions agreed at the start including the agreed maximum hours of usage.

Other benefits of JCB FlexiLease include low initial outlay and VAT due with each rental, not all up front.
