Products: Pins, contact points, and parts

Structure: (Left) Diameter of outer circular hole is 5mm. This die has a seamlessly integrated structure and does not involve nibs.

(Right)2-part dies made of opposing shapes. The parts that come in contact with products are created in precision so that there

will be no space in between, preventing burrs when manufacturing products with dies.

Products: Creates hexagonal holes and hexalobular. Size for hexalobular ranges from T4 to T30.

Structure: Made of pin and its folder. They are fitted together with no space in-between.

Strengths: Life-span of die is improved dozens times better than high-speed steel.
