To be shared by 2nd working after month end Compute Agent Productivity - NoP and FPC after applying relevant Product and Payment mode weightages (defined in Policy) Vol - Currently LA 3900 approx, addition 200 per month Submit the above computation to Finance operations for validation Compute each Agent Local Conveyance Egibility using the i) Productivity and eligibility grid ii) vintage ( as defined in policy) Finance to validate the computation DPLI FPA forward the Validated eligibility criteria to Branch offices (Office heads / Branch Agency co- coordinators), LA to be communicated by mail where e-mail id are avaialble and to CA firm - Vol LA getting paid is 275 Validation Recd from Finance team Resolve queries raised by Finance team and recomputed if required Office heads / SM / Branch Agency co-coordinators communicate the local conveyance eligibility to LA using various means - Phone calls, On personal visits LA to claim the Local Conveyance using the Prescribed format (PRF) and submit the form along with the necessary documents to Branch for onward remittance to CA firm. CA firm to check the PRF for 1. Claim amount is less than or equal to eligible amount for the month 2. City wise daily limits (sheet Metro classification and limits) 3. Documents like Driving Licence, RC Book, etc Submit the claim form to DPLI Finance operations team with a summary and payment amount If found OK, DPLI Finance team recheck the claim form and documents submitted, if required Decide on payment mode - NEFT or Cheque If found OK, Return back the claim form to CA firm indicating the reason for rejection If claim has any discrepancies Process start at every month end Finance to get the neccessary approval, advise bank and recieve the printed cheque with details like LA Details, Branch, and hand over the cheque to CA firm Branch co-ordinators receive the cheque and update Branch data (Hand over register) and issue acknowledgement to CA firm LA collects the cheque in stipulated time (15 days at peresent) Process End Yes, Finance to get the neccessary approval, advise bank and recieve the confirmation Cheque NEFT is Successful No, NEFT bounces Finance team shares the data with CA Firm CA firm desiminate the data to Branch offices (Branch Co- ordinators) and update the console MIS Process End Branch co-ordinators to dispatch (courier) the cheque to LA and update the PoD in handover register and mail details to CA firm Cheque is returned as undelivered No, (Cheque is delivered to LA) No Yes, CA firm to console all the PRF recieved, publish a MIS with eligiblle amount, PRF status - Recd / No , PRF - accepted / Rejected along with reasons and payment details on a weekly basis to Branch Agency Co-ordinators / DPLI - FPA / LA where the e-mail id are available CA Firm to file the rejected claim form for DPLI review.
