There are many ways you can elect to

expand or build your new facility and each

approach has its own pros/cons.

At Food Tech, we are fl exible and happy to work in

any capacity the best serves the project. Our services

can be performed independently or joined together

for a turn-key, single source responsibility approach.

For the lowest construction costs, highest quality

levels and shortest schedule our

recommended approach is:

• Planning or feasibility study by experienced

engineers to realistically determine facility

sizing, operational requirements, process

equipment, material handling systems, facility layout,

design requirements, cost and schedule.

• Detailed architecture/engineering and bid

packages by experienced food process engineers.

• Competitive bidding of all trades at the

supplier/subcontractor level to eliminate any

middlemen or pyramiding of fees which allows

us to buy out the project at the lowest prices

the market will bear.
