Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger

A heat exchanger is a piece of equipment

built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to

another. The media may be separated by a solid wall

to prevent mixing or they may be in direct contact

.Equipments are made and assembled in

experienced workshop with the best materials in

order to meet customer specifications and assure

high efficiency and low maintenance costs.

Strainer

Strainers and filters remove any type of

solid from liquid and gas. The body of the filter is

made from carbon steel, stainless steel or for

peculiar applications from special alloys. The

design and fabrication is in accordance with the

main International codes ( ASME, DIN, PED ...)

Air receiver

An air receiver is essential in every

compressed air system to act as a buffer and a

storage medium between the compressor and the

consumption system. There are, in principal, two

different air receivers in a compressed air system:

PRIMARY Receiver - located near the

compressor, after the after-cooler but before

filtration and drying equipment.

SECONDARY Receiver - located close to points

of larger intermittent air consumption.

A skid system is any process implement, operational device or system that

can help a customer save time and money or increase flexibility by assembling a

group of modular pieces together as a single unit. This includes Pump, Piping,

Metering, Pressure Gauge, Temperature Gauge, Strainer, Air Eliminator, Multi-Story

Modular System.

All of these systems fall under the broad umbrella of a skid, and all tanks, pumps,

valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, and controls are factory-assembled and

tested prior to shipment.

Pig Launcher And Receiver Trap

Pig launcher and receiver traps are custom manufactured for sub-sea, off-

shore and onshore applications. Pig launcher is used to launch the pig into the pipeline

and pig receiver is used to receive the pig after they have made a successful launch.

The choice of these pig traps will depend on the type of pig to be run and pipeline

design conditions.

All equipments are designed and manufactured according to pipeline and

vessel code standard ( NACE,
