RELIGION AND SCIENCE MERGEDThinking of the earth as a motor is not di ff icul t when reading thisbook. The positive and negative l ines of primary l ight energycause a l l motion, Humans, atoms, suns, planets and galazies are a l lpowered by the same sort of forces. The earth is an oversized electron of a predominatly negative polari ty . I ts rotation and orbit are the resul t of at tract ion and re-pulsion to the l ines of primary l ight energy,Magnetism in and around the earth is a resul t of the earth 's interrupted primary l ight l ines , Electricy is the resul t of the earthsmagnetism by a generator,

" For as many as are lead by the Spir i t of God, they are the sons ofGod." Romans, 8s14There are many who w0uld rather program a busy l i fe than to keep arocking chair busy in a warm room. Either action is easy to read.

The law of reaction will cancell every destructive cause, Apply sunprinciples on planets and the re-action will make the planet a sun.The planet alignment may have more . influence now than many folks dorealize ,but the power of the l ineup is going to be a whopper thatcomes sooner than expected and we can be grateful for greater: moreloving beings than we are, have our concern foremost, Hang on to yourfreckles, never mind the extra eyelashes for a while I The CreativeOne looks past a ll tha t anyway I

HEARTSThis picture shows a piece of petrif ied wood that was used as adoorstop or just as a conversational piece for years, A largehunk of stone Van and I both enjoyed for i t s uniqueness,Tuesday A. M. Feb, 12th. I noted some l igh t spots along onesharp rid g e ,, , th ey stood out as bright creamy gold in the darkwoodtone , All day I kept wondering about why they appeared, Nowwhen roug h handling over the years had never blemished i t ,Wednesday A. M, on Feb, l ) th the greater part of the sharp edge wasrounded, I could not find any parts of petrif ied wood or chips ne- .ar by, By Thursday afte r noontime on Feb,l4th a large well sculptedheart appeared as you see i t in the photograph, There was a smallamount of a golden crem e powder in the hollow of the arches, Another smaller piece of petrif ied wood showed some ' changes too, Thephoto of th is also had .a heart form centered in the stone, I do nothave adequate explainations for the many who come by to see th is unusual formation, Some see two hearts side by side.I wanted to share th is beautiful experience with friends, Howeveryou trans la te th is happening is your choice, There are those whowere present to verify the changes, The c la r i ty of t h ~ heart is recorded by the camera,Van 's bell-chime s ignal had come to me very early Valentine Day and I was aware of many reminders of him in the home, When th is was being written for the Proceedings by a friend, just as we cam e to theparagraph on the sculpted heart, the signal sounded fo rth aga in ., ,so loud that we both did a "uid you hear that look, So I showedpicture of the heart and the shape of the heart in the stone to thetyp ist without any pausel There were tears in both our eyes as themessage came across w i ~ h the sharing. I continue to believe that Vanobserves the Earthly ways of his friends and what he expresses doeshelp me to understand some situations more easily ,Van wa s always prone to use his own ,cash and energy f o r t h ~ Dome. Prom Bits and Pieces TooMany of you might like to live in luxury a ~ d comfort, but that isnot far from an end, unless we learn to use the things around, Thenwe can have our freedom from the greed of large and small companies. Her e is one of many ways to gain that freedom in the cold of the yearby burning piles of scrap and junk, Por few dollars, you canbuild this heating unit out of old 55 gallon drums or similar shapes,Use two heating chambers, however, for better effeciency. The Time Bomb is TickingThe man who would read and cannot presents a bad image to ourmind's eye in this age of enlightenment with i ts sophist icatedtechnology. True? Not rea l ly , for his at t i tude includes a desireto read. He will acquire l i teracy , probably with help. His in-adequacy is temporary, The prognosis is favorable. The picture ishopeful, not sad,Truly sad is the case of the man who can read and will not,Here there is no desire - no hope - negative prognosis. Multiplythis man's case by many thousands and the result is a decliningcivi l iza t ion.Against thP. cheerful admonition tha t the r e a d i r ~ of good bookscontributes more to social progress than other media, comparethe ~ o n t r i b u t i o n of newspapers, radio, movies, or television.I t . ls true that media other than books have great value and cancontribute each in the i r own inimitable way. The trouble l ies inaudience choice - how to apportion one's at tent ions , As watertends to seek i t s own level or elect r ical charge finds i t s path, most Americans tend to assign the greater portions of their timeto that form of communication which requires the l eas t effor t -hence the s ta t i s t i ca l national average of an astounding six hoursper day in front of the boob tube,I f we s t i l l care about heritage, consider this1 Leaders of today'ssociety are products of the 40's and 50's . They were grounded ingood reading habits by their predecessors. When these leadersbegin to move out of their posi t ions , the consequences of ourfai lure to properly t ra in young people to inform themselves willbecome painfully apparent. This si tuat ion is especially soberingwhen we view i t in relat ion to what we already know of the declin-ing reading abi l i t ies among students in a l l levels of the educationalprocess,This is the time bomb we are set t ing on. Do we care? What isour purpose, i f not to continue an advance toward higher consious-ness, part ly through the imprint we leave for others to follow? What promise do we leave to our children? What love have we shown? This is why I chose to operate a book store. What can you do?What about them?J , Arthur Robinson, Sr. Bookseller - Yucca Valley, Ca.

Ponnar's MessageWhy, why brothers, do you refuse the hand? Why do you stand onego making decisions that end in n a u g h t ~ ? Why do you stand upright l ike man in holy ceremony and vow "Whom God hath joined to -gether, le t no man put asunder" and then many men in courtsseparate by manmade law? Why do you say I believe in the HolyBook"? and so you ki l l .Why, brothers, have you le t yourselves into th is dearth? Why doyou condemn - are you a ll judges? Have you assumed to supersedethe Almighty? Why? The answer is known to you. I t is notwhat you have done, i t is what you have not done. Each is str ivingto find a way to l ive without producing anything. Everyonewants something for nothing Let the government do i t l Can you condemn the government for theway they do i t? You have made your own hel l by doing nothing. You do not approve of the H - Bomb, You complain to each other, but not to the Earth, through your inact ivi ty, through your inflated egos, through your effor ts to judge others and not yourselves, you have made your own conditions by allowing others tochange i t for you,People of Earth, your brothers stand by! In review of many older Proceedings covering from year 1950'sto 1979. I find the concept of the Integrat in remains the same. But the costs and the concept of the funds required for the completion of th is giant machine has increased, Where is the problem?Without stretching the memory too much le ts consider the changein cost of gasoline, Think how i t was in the 50's and what doyou pay twenty years la te r . How do you condem , is i t the gasstat ion or does i t fa l l on other shoulders you do not see.Think again of the cost of 2 x 4 's and plywood sheets preparedfor outdoor use. Remember within a ten year period that i t hasincreased from less than f ive doalars a sheet to closer to sixteen Then recal l the fact that volunteer workers were plent i ful back there when the Integratron was star ted and now every-one but the few who l ive close by have to get dollars so they canpay for the gas . ,so they can get to the JOb,

RecognitionTo date there have been more complments than cr i t ica l evaluationsabout the newer format of the Proceedings. Our overseas membersdo recognize a problem in cost of mailing f i r s t class , but weay not have the cash to do otherwise at this time. One remarkabout our map was helpful and mostly error on our part for not takingtime to proof. Another said that Van's material was superior, which we do know, I only helped him before now I have most ofthe facts to get into place, with several dozen other items to bedoing at the same moent. This Maroh issue gives some ofearl ier material he wrote,Again this week we received communication from folks who claimed theyhave membership in a church they did not ask for{San Diego Address),did not want, and do not care to support in any way . These peoplesay they now know why the Ministry of Universal Wisdom, Inc. ask for awritten ap plication before the membership. We do care about the wayyou are associated with us and also the manner in which you assis t . Asphysical, mental or financial support. Because mail is i r regular weprefer a direct verif icat ion. Cash is not very sat isfactory. I t isoften lost , Let your action be-recorded, Our dedication is the sameas in the past . , , , those who do not have money to send do get recognizedand associated with us through act iv i t ies the Board approves. Postageis an important support and we find printing costs are heavy for issues,The reprints and the preparation of the 3 volumes of the 25 years ofProceedings are a true memorial to ~ e o r g e Van Tassel. A few have offered to send monthly amounts to he p pay this huge printing expense.Advance orders are a must as the copies are l imited, NOW adays thecost of publishing is out of sight almost, . ,Spring gardening is underway. Vegetable gardens and orchards will bein special beauty soon. Tne desert blooms are expected to be a uniquecolor pattern af ter the long "wet spel l Plants not visible in a 20 y r .period anticipated, Proof of seed vi ta l i ty . We appreciate the so i lpreparation and the love shown by a crew of happy workers. They assisted in many ways because they are part of a Godly Progression.

REPORTS PLUS,Those who vis i t us comment favorably most of the time. More and moreseem to come out of an early period as though projected into this NOWwith l i t t l e planning. They seem to have an inward push to come and tosee for themselves again. They have not been on a mailing l i s t in somecases for many years, yet are staunch supporters of our good. I t issuch joy to remeet old friends and feel the-ir understanding. Seemsa few of them r ead a paper and i t st ' irred them to proving honest anasincere interests in person Again most of the Board Members agree that both the time and circumstance demonstrat e the v a l u ~ of CONSTRUCTIVE ACTION over words alone. We are reminded frequently how few can understand the remarkable Domethat is the Integratron True ' t e a ~ h ' i n g is ever ongoing with ourpr, ogt"am. This Electric LifeSome of us think and believe tha.t Electricity is Life and that Lifeis electr ici ty. The law. f P o l ~ r t y .is a very fundamental lawo! Creativeness. We know l i t t l e exists without condensation of energy. Light isone visible manifestation of -such an energy and our eyes catchthis and report i t to other calls for holding. Instruments madeby man record s t i l l other forms of energy as color and l ight .We accept that nothing l ives without a visible energy expression.Yet by more advanced teachings, readtngs, and knowing sourceswe are learning that many l i fe .forms contin11e to exist quiteadequately without 2!!1:: conceptual demands for heat or l ight ,On this planet virtually a l l kingdoiiS from the mineral upwardget nourishmentl,a is sustained by solar or cosmic r a ~ i a t i o n s ._Light may be said to densify into a variety of patterns and formewe classify as foods. These l ight patterns .care a m e ~ e f r.action ofthe allprevading energy freely available. Part of the seldom usedgif ts created at the same time we came into existancel Tnis powerof creativity continues as long as we allow the s ta t ic form todevelop\ into a needed picture which in .turn is manifested invisible, useful -substance.The instrument that shows the specific color anaylsis of bothgrowing and apparantly non growing tMilge is the spectrascope,I t evaluates the special colom that ~ the object, More thannutr i t ional values are thus recordable for study.I t was found that l iving vegetation having stems, branches, greenleaves and foliage r ising above the sur:race of the earth has ameasurable amount of spir i tual essence. The leaves and stemsreceive from the sun and moisture in the a ir , This essenceflows into the leaves and the stems of the growing things, andhas a vita l electr ic charge, a vita l i ty necessary to man physicallyand spir i tual ly, Plants BECOME transmitter to man, I t is possiblethat a ir and water become the only -forms of this essential trans-mission, but this way i t s diff icul t for most animal forms to acceptor to relay to their cel l patterened l i fe ,An eUctrcmajple1lic juice o:r l iving things changes when the temp .erature is greatly -shifted. The- juices change thei r nature some-what depending upon the temperature shi f t and changes thei r regen-eration p9wers also. In plant l i fe we cal l the juice of l i f e , n ~chlorophyll. In animals i t is called blood but in mineral form i t isexpressed as energy. Few care to recognize the creative flow i t repre-sents. in the pattern of l i fe . Air allows distribution as does water. The polluted types have less allowence for. l i fe energy or the vi ta ltransmissions. Certain rays of oilr sun must be absorbed by plantl i fe and go into plant form to be available for later , plants relay.Psychic centers and glands are l ike the electr ic f ~ x t ~ e where l ightand electr ic motors are connected. No matter how good the motoror the actual element may be when something interfere with the flowof energy in the wire l ights will not mani:rest unt i l that inter-ference is gone, When man does not receive energy complety hisspi r i tual and vi ta l l ights do not shine. This lack permits manyforms of unbalance and unease in the developing cel l blueprints.
