About UsPrime Value is a consulting company started in 2015, having
as main activity valuations.
We have established ourselves as a firm from a limited
number of consultants with high experience of the local market
and the GCC Market as well.
Our company’s founders are proud to have built a long-term
relationship by meeting client’s high expectations with
customizing services, real time customer support and valuation
reports tailored to each property individually.

Our TeamOur team consists of appraisers with a vast experience on
both residential and commercial valuation, office valuation ,
company valuation and stocks and plant and machinery
valuation.
Starting with 2015 Prime Value is a Corporate ANEVAR
MEMBER, with countrywide coverage and a large network,
being present in all the districts of Romania.
Our appraisers are qualified ANEVAR members for EPI, EI and
EBM and are able to perform all types of valuations, according
to client’s expectations.
Prime Value forms a dynamic team of professionals with at
least 5 years experience on the local and international markets,
such as GCC area, providing flexibility, real time customer
support in order to meet even the most complex requirements.
Over time, we have developed a complex database, constantly
updated by our locally based experts, giving us the possibility
to approach the valuation from a local point of view, taking into
consideration all the aspects related to local market as well.
At Prime Value we are a team of professionals that acts within
the scope of competence, and encourage ourselves to put the
fair treatment of clients at the center of our business culture.

Our ServicesIn today’s market the need for an honest, straightforward and
trustworthy opinion regarding the market value, made possible
for Prime Value to exist.
We carry out Valuations for properties in all sectors and for all
purposes such as; financing, property acquisitions, accounting,
marketing:

IVSC, TEGoVA, RICS).
