Description regarding the condition of the earth's water, including the level and change in level with the seasons, ground water pressure, permeability and other soil.

Description of the construction site and environmental suitability of the proposed construction.

Description of the impact of the changes in the specifications or in identifying changes that may occur either naturally or impact from construction.

Initial impression of the suitability of the selected site or other suitable alternative

Process detailed investigation of the geology and soil conditions below the surface by surface survey of a trial pit ', borehole and others.

Also survey of ground water, inspection of the damage to the building nearby (e.g. ; sediment) structure and process of sampling locations.
