Fabric Roll Inspection

Done before spreading to identify fabric faults.

Was 4 point system.

The basic of 4 point system:

Defects up to 3 inch= 1 point

Defects up to 6 inch= 2 points

Defects up to 9 inch= 3 points

Defects over 9 inch = 1 point

Hole = 4 points

20 points per 100 square yards acceptable

Inspected faults can be dyeing faults, fly yarn,

hole , slub, spot, knot, and end out etc.
