For every hour in class, spend three hours studying or doing homework!!!

Don’t overkill (brain only absorbs twenty minutes of information at a time!!!!

Adults need 7-8 hours of sleep a night

Don’t accumulate to much sleep debt!

Lack of sleep impairs performance!!!

Don’t Sleep in class!!!

200 minutes a week no more than 60 minutes a session
