Spinach, Leafy vegetables: Spinach and other dark, leafy greens are rich in two antioxidants stored in the macula—lutein and zeaxanthin. The macula is a part of the retina that acts as a natural sunblock, shielding the eye from damaging light. Lutein and zeaxanthin absorb blue light.

Grapefruit, Strawberries: Vitamin c is a top antioxidant. These foods are among the top sources of vitamin C. Eat half a grapefruit and a handful of Brussels sprouts or strawberries (one-half cup) a day and you're good to go. Papaya, oranges are other good sources.

Seeds, Nuts: Vitamins C and E work together to keep healthy tissue strong. But most of us don't get as much vitamin E as we should from food. Have a small handful of sunflower seeds, or use a tablespoon of wheat germ oil in your salad dressing for a big boost. Almonds, pecans, and vegetable oils are also good sources.

Carrots: Carrots are high in vitamin A, a nutrient essential for good vision. Eating carrots will provide you with the small amount of vitamin A needed for good vision.

Milk products: vitamin A is good for our eyes. It can also be found in milk, cheese, egg yolk.

Almond oil: Applying almond oil is a popular method for treating bags under eyes and is actually a product used in many skin care products. It is a best way to remove dark circles.
