There’s a new missionary in town!

As of June 6th 2014, I was accepted as a full time missionary with

Word of Life Fellowship Canada. Since very young, I’ve wanted to

serve God any way I could. During my first year at the Word of Life

Bible Institute, I started to become passionate for youth. Through

both years of Resonate and my Second year at the Bible Institute,

God made it clear that working full time with Word of Life was

where He wanted me. My desire is to ignite passion in the hearts of

young people to become genuine followers of Christ and to be

dedicated to His Word. I know that this is possible by God. I am so

thankful and blessed that He has opened this door for ministry and

I look forward to seeing many hearts changed by His Word.

My first assignment is to lead

the Word of Life Bible Institute ministry and

recruitment team called Resonate. We will be

travelling across Canada ministering at

churches, youth groups, schools and

conferences. Our mission is to challenge youth

to grow in their faith and to consider a year of

life change at the Word of Life Bible Institute.

Currently I am spending the summer to build

my team of prayer and financial supporters.

My future area of ministry will be with Local

Church Ministries in the Southern Ontario

region (The Golden Horseshoe). I will be part

of a team of two Word of Life missionaries

whose purpose is to build relationships with

youth pastors, encourage them in their

ministry and challenge them to have a

biblically focused philosophy of youth ministry.

As a team, we will also be planning and

running evangelistic events, promoting camp,

the Bible institute, Word of Life programs and

ultimately doing all we can to see revival in

Canada become reality!

Everyone can be changed by Christ. I was able to have a great talk with a young person a little while

ago. He said he felt like he could never meet the level of spirituality that he had seen in others; he felt he was too far gone. I was

able to share with him how God has worked in my life in the past few years and the power and importance of living by God’s word.

After I explained to him how much God can do with anyone’s life, he really started to understand and his hope grew. I was so

encouraged to see his change of heart at the end of our talk and he now wants to spend a year at the Word of Life Bible Institute!
