What: Marketing consultancy project

Background

Woodlea is a 7,000 lot master planned community located in Melbourne’s west - Property Republic (Judi Carr) was initially engaged to work with the Joint Venture partners and design agency, Hoyne, to develop and subsequently launch the Woodlea brand to market via a Ministerial launch. As a result of the overwhelming publicity and industry talk surrounding the event and project positioning, Property Republic’s consultancy was extended and Judi Carr remained with the Woodlea team for a further eight months.

Key outcomes• Woodlea announced as Australia’s fastest selling land estate nationwide in January 2016 .• Highly engaged prospects and purchasers.• Every land release has sold out.

1. Brand development and launchWorking in conjunction with JV partners, design agency, public relations and event manager, established Woodlea brand positioning through communications, stakeholder experience and Ministerial launch.

2. Marketing strategyDevelopment of a customer focused strategy designed to set the project up for long-term success.

3. Customer acquisition and nurture strategyStrategy to ensure prospects felt part of the ‘Woodlea family’ from initial enquiry via content marketing program - educational, transparent and targeted content marketing campaign that encouraged engagement and retained prospect interest until the first opportunity to purchase six months later.

4. Sales and marketing technologyResearched, appointed and implemented the required technology platforms for the project to ensure a seamless customer and builder experience.

5. Sales and Information Centre In conjunction with design agency Hoyne, mapped the customer experience model to ensure the project’s key messages were communicated and the visitor experience was in accordance with brand and business objectives.

6. Sales team development Managed CRM team training, reporting, build management, human resources matters, and initial customer appointments.

7. Content marketingCreation of valuable and relevant content to attract, acquire and engage the Woodlea audience, including weekly EDMs, daily Facebook and Pinterest posts.

8. Marketing collateralDevelopment of project launch brochure / videos. Assisted with development of all project collateral.

EventsProspect information evenings – created, implemented and presented highly successful prospect information evenings prior to the official launch.Settlement events – created, implemented and presented highly successful purchaser settlement events prior to the settlement of the first stages. Developed a “Guide to Settlement at Woodlea” e-book.

10. WorkshopsProject team “getting to launch” workshop series – a series of team workshops to ensure the project team was aligned with project objectives. Project team “first year re-cap and re-focus” workshop – was brought in by the Project Director to reflect on the success and acknowledge the gaps plus re-focus the team for the year ahead.

Property Republic is ideally placed as a specialist external consultant, having extensive knowledge in the end-to-end sales and marketing experience. We have the expertise and tactics that deliver on a project’s strategy and help build your brand and achieve your sales targets.

Judi Carr, Property Republic Director and founder, has over 20 years’ experience in housing and land development, having held senior positions with the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) and Stockland and most recently as a Director of red23, a boutique project marketing firm in Victoria. She has worked with leading developers including Lend Lease, Peet Limited, Mirvac | Victoria Investments and Properties master planned community, Woodlea. Judi has completed the Company Director’s Course, Real Estate Agents’ Full Licence studies and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.

Trish Medwell, also a Director of Property Republic, is a senior marketing and sales executive having acquired 20 years’ experience in roles responsible for commercial growth and sustainability through the management of every type of marketing function. For example, delivery of high level business strategy; increasing brand reputation and value; consumer acquisition and retention models and the creation and execution of fully integrated marketing communication campaigns, including content and social media marketing.

It is our intention to be totally transparent with our fee structure and we try to make it very simple to deal with us on any consulting project. We are happy to discuss a remuneration method that is fair and reasonable for our involvement with your business.

• We offer two fee structures – pay per project or monthly retainer.

• Our business terms are 30 days from the commencement of billing.
