STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM• Bizeso is rapidly growing company. Its ranking is increasing
globally. The company has covered many areas like
business, entertainment, social networking with high
percentage of share.
Several things are in the mind such as:
• Does its management functions well?
• Does it provide details regarding the job?
• Does it have a fair recruitment process?
• Does it provide safe working environment?
• Whether they believe in developing healthy and
cordial relationship?
• Whether there is any scope of career development?
• What is the employee’s perception regarding HR
policies& practices?
RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
• To study and analysis the satisfaction of employees working with the company.
• To study the management and practices followed at Bizeso.
• To suggest or recommend the possible solution for these.

• 40%employees agreed that company functions as
per its vision, mission & guiding values. 34.3%
people say that they are neutral. 11.4% employees
strongly agree to this statement. 8.6% employees
disagree to this. 5.7% strongly disagrees’ that
company function as per its vision, mission and
guiding values. So company should get more
disciplined with respect to its vision, mission and
guiding values.

• 32.9% of employees agree that their job profile was
well explained to them before joining. 31.4%
employees have neutral response to this statement
and 22.9% employees strongly agree that their job
profile was well explained to them before joining. But
still 10% employees disagree to this statement and
2.9 % of employees have a strong disagree to this. So
company should think of some good induction
programs to be carried out in the company.

• 40% employees agree that in Bizeso they have good
individual and inter departmental relationship So
company should lead down some measures so as to
increase individual and inter departmental
relationship because in company each and every
department work is dependent on one another. And
good individual and inter departmental relationship
will help in effective and efficient working of the
company and company can achieve its objectives
more wisely.

• 38.6% employees agree that they are safe with the
company and 25.7% employees strongly agree that
they are safe with the company. This shows that the
company have a safe working environment for
employees so that they can work conveniently. But
still 10% employees disagree to it and 4.3%
employees strongly disagrees that company they
feel safe with the company.

• 34.3% employees disagree that they usually get
recognition for the job they do. The company should
follow a good performance appraisal whether
traditional or modern methods. The company can go for
360 degree method, management by objective method,
essay writing etc. Company can also give some
appreciation to employees, some sort of monetary or
non monetary rewards & awards or benefits or services
to employees for their work done so that they can get
recognition for their hard work.
SUGGESTIONS & RECOMMENDATION
The recommendations are follows:
• Some of the questions for which negative feedback was
expected were deleted , in my view when they were
planning to take an overall opinion about employee
satisfaction levels all the factors related to employee
satisfaction should be covered.
• Quick and prompt action should be taken for the areas
found in Employee feedback which need improvement.
• Employees feel that their performance evaluation is
not fair, this can be corrected by making its
employees clear about the policies and procedures.
• Team leads should give them a feedback for every
fifteen days so that they can asses themselves and
work on their weakness to convert them into
strengths.
CONCLUSIONS• Results revealed that Bizeso functions as per its vision,
mission & guiding values.
• The job profile was well explained to new joinees.
• The study shows that there is good individual and inter
departmental relationship among employees at Bizeso. As
employees work related problems often get resolved in the
company.
• Employees are encouraged to take initiative or make
suggestions.
• The study shows that company do not have a fair
recruitment process.
• The senior do not provide adequate feedback and guidance
on their performance.
• There is no improvement in their professional skills after
joining Bizeso so there is a need for training and
development.
• Employees are not over burdened with the work at Bizeso.
• Employees feel safe while working with the company.
