Welcome to Outlook2PEN

This software is a solution of portability of Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010

and Outlook Express. Now you can use your standalone pc outlook on

pen drive. Software converter your pc outlook into pen drive and give you

mobility of your outlook to access your same outlook into different pc.

This is very user friendly software just one click to retrieve from one pc

and one click to connect into another pc. In Short, This is an excellent

solution of mobility for your Outlook and Address Book.

What are system requirements?

Please note the minimum recommended system requirements to run

Outlook2PEN Software. Outlook2PEN software may run on lower system

configurations also, but we cannot guarantee the performance.

Hardware Requirements OS: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 Processor: Pentium IV–compatible or higher processor Memory: 512 MB RAM Disk Space: 20 MB

Outlook 2 Pen tool will be workable for similar version of outlook in any pc, as similar as to data retrieve version of outlook (Not workable for different version of outlook)

How to Install/Register ?

Download software setup into your pen drive from website.

Run setup file in pen drive (Double Click on setup file).

After completion of setup you will get software registration window.

Insert the required information and CD Key and click on Register button (NOTE : Software will be registered online only so you must be online during the registration process).

After successful registration, you will get a message for successful registration and restart the software.

How to Transfer License Pen Drive ?

Click on Transfer License link from website www.portableoutlook.com

Enter Required Information (CD KEY) and Submit it.

We will send you license transfer confirmation email within 24 Hrs after your transfer request submission in your registered mail account (which is registered us during your purchase).

After confirmation mail and following given instructions in the mail, your Current License will be expired and you can allow to generate new license for your new pen drive.

Enjoy the software NOTE : Each license user can be allowed to activate, transfer license procedure for Two Times only.

How to retrieve data into pen drive ?

Follow these steps to retrieve outlook settings and data from this/current pc to pen drive.

Step 1 : Insert Pen Drive into pc where you are using your current outlook and start the software from pen drive

Step 2 : Read the information carefully and Click on “Next” button. Step 3 : Select your Outlook which is you are currently using in this/current

pc and click on “Retrieve” button, software will start retrieve process. Please wait for finish message.

Step 4 : Congratulation !!!

Retrieve process successfully completed. Now your Outlook configure successfully into pen drive.Just click on “Finish” button and restart your software.

How to connect outlook via pen in another pc ?

Follow these steps to connect outlook of pc via pen.

Step 1 : Insert Pen Drive into pc where you want to connect and start the software from pen drive

Step 2 : Click on “Connect” button from menu and again click on “Connect” button

Step 3 : In few seconds pc outlook will connect with pen drive and outlook

software will start automatically.

Enjoy the mobility of your outlook.

How to set security ?

Step 1 : start the software from pen drive

Step 2 : Click on “Settings” button from menu and set a user name and password for software login.

Step 3 : Restart the software.

How to Reset Pen Drive ?

Step 1 : start the software from pen drive.

Step 2 : Click on “Settings” button from menu. Step 3 : Click on “Flush” Button.

Your Pen Drive will reset as blank new pen drive.

NOTE : This option will remove all your outlook settings and data from pen drive.

How to Restore Pen Drive ?

Step 1 : Insert Pen Drive into pc where you want to restore your pen outlook settings and data and start the software from pen drive.

Step 2 : Click on “Settings” button from menu. Step 3 : Click on “Restore” Button.

Your pen drive outlook settings and data will restore into that pc. Now you can use that pc outlook without pen drive.

NOTE : This option will remove all the current outlook settings of that pc.
