This is a bedroom in the Manor House for the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago's 2007 Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens. Thirty interior designers and more than eight landscape designers transformed the property into a spectacular Showhouse & Gardens.

The black and cream palette paired with the vibrate glazed walls, complement the exquisite silk and satin fabrics, wrapping the room in luxury. Custom chic velour upholstered panel bed to the silk fainting bench and soft wool rug. Paris writing desk and custom night stands.

“Breakfast in bed” was the theme for the Merchandise Mart’s tables for the Elle Décor sponsored DIFFA event.

The evening of the event was infused with a flirtatious atmosphere as a male and female model coyly interacted together through an engaging night of pillow talk, as people dined in and around the lavishly appointed “beds”.

Designs for Dignity of Heartland Alliance partnered up with Heartland Housing Inc. to accomplish a goal to create an environment that reflects a sense of dignity, hope, and comfort for 30 families moving to the Jazz on the Boulevard neighborhood.

Basketball Themed Bedroom ~ Custom

This custom designed floor to ceiling wall unit has plenty of open adjustable shelving as well as closed shelving with touch latch lumicor resin door fronts. This multi functional wall unit was designed for a young boy who is in school and loves to play basketball and has a lot of trophies and awards to showcase.

Custom designed, functional and enjoyable storage bed. Bench at the foot of the bed is also used as a trunk. The custom honey cherry finish really brings out the soft neutral and ties in the warmth of the room.

Conceptual Design ~ Essence of Health

Essence of Health’s design concept is the human brain. This is a type of spa that mostly deals with

the mental essence of the human mind. Each floor is divided in different patterns of glucose

(sugar) metabolism related to performing various mental tasks.

The 2nd floor plan is a similar mapping of your brain while you are in a state of listening. Floatation tanks are held on this floor to help your mind to be free from all external distractions during floating; you are able to absorb new information quickly. The learning process is accelerated by the theta state and by increasing access to the efficient, large scale learning abilities of the right hemisphere.

Conceptual Design ~ Essence of Health

The 3rd floor plan is a similar mapping of your brain while you are in a state of thinking. On this floor you will experience the Dream Machine. To gain the full experience clients stay overnight and sleep for eight hours. You will wake up gently with a dim light and soft music to avoid startling the sleeper and causing the dream to be forgotten.
