To whom it may concern:

As my resume indicates, I have roughly eight years of professional and educational experience in Architecture, City Planning, Community Service, Engineering Principles, Basic Carpentry, 3D Modeling and Assistant Teaching to high school students. I have managed or assisted either a department, single individual, or multiple individuals in separate departments. I am aware of the flexibility, focus and diplomacy such positions require. I want to bring the knowledge and insight gained through these various experiences to this office.

I have much to offer in a way of diversity of experience, education, and profession after working and studying in four countries: United States, Germany, South Africa, and Canada. Within these countries I have had the opportunity to learn different policies, cultures, procedures, and the protocols necessary to enforce them ethically and without liability. From my experience during school I have sharpened my organizational skills, through research, wood shop carpentry, and laser cutting models creating my attention to detail and ability to work with speed and accuracy in a team environment.

Finally, in all the previous positions I have held, I have approached them as opportunities for career development, advancement, and discovery. I will bring this same entrepreneurial spirit and value of vision to your office. It is my sincere hope that we will meet for an interview to discuss any questions you may have and a future for me at this office. Of course, feel free to call or e-mail me to schedule an interview.

Thank you for your time, consideration, and best regards.

Very truly yours,Christopher Lee Buchanan
