Port Colborne Community Association for Resource Extension (Port Cares) is a non-profit agency which provides a food-bank, school lunches, meals, housing, crisis and utility supports to community members in need. Our employment centre assists job seekers and employers and provides train-ing, workshops, literacy, and education to help residents reach personal and employment goals.
