Foreign delegations and journalists visiting Poland during the Presidency will be additionally presented with a collection of recipes for Polish dishes which were specially prepared by 16 chefs, including three from abroad, who on a daily basis work in best Polish restaurants. The starting point for each of the recipes is an ingredient commonly associated with Polish cuisine, ,e.g. herring, cucumbers, grits, poppy seed, venison).
