Enterprise Agile workshop: one-day-seminar with Sanjiv Augustine (tomorrow)

APM Observatory (from 2012): monitoring the cross-industry application of APM within the italian project management community. Roadmap TBD. Observatory might be extended to other EU countries, depending on interest of other PMI chapters.


Today event background

Nowadays APM - Agile Project Management is a strategic challenge for an increasing number of organizations and individuals working by projects.

The DOI - Declaration of Inter-Dipendence for Agile and Adaptive Management – 2005, a key milestone in the history of APM discipline, clearly points out the managerial and cross-industry nature of APM.

But six years after DOI, what is APM today? Has the APM mindset been translated into proven practices and successful experiences across industries?


Event objective

The title of the event, “Agile Project Management: beyond the software development”, embeds its essence:

to present and to discuss models and practices focused on the application of APM as a cross-industry managerial discipline for managing complex projects.
