Jumps 2 Height, Execution, Landing

• Must be school related

• Always sign in before you go…

• You are responsible for learning cheers/dance on your own.

• Tryout evaluations begin promptly at 3:30. That means be in your place at 3:15.

• You must have your athletic packet turned in with PHYSICAL COMPLETE and a photocopy of your insurance card.

You must have

a. Your hair pulled back

b. No jewelry

c. No nail polish or fake nails

d. Must be wearing practice uniform: plain black shorts (no stripes) and white top (NO TANK TOPS)

e. Athletic shoes

• Be prepared to do some athletic conditioning before you practice cheers

• Have a water bottle

• Make sure your ride is ready at 5:15 but prepared to stay longer if necessary.
