we must, prior to dispatch, obtain the legally necessary permission from Her Majesties Government. Lightweight Special Forces Ballistic Helmet

New weapon systems demanded the removal of the traditional helmet peak to ensure compatibility. This model provides a high area of coverage, improved compatibility with new weapon sights, respirators and communication systems. A very stable helmet, a premier product in the Special Forces Helmet range. Available in a range of colour and sizes. Level of protection to US NIJ IIIA. Weight: 1.25kg.

Kevlar

Developed originally for rapid intervention duties, Armour-Knit™ garments are suitable for use in all operations where there is significant risk of injury from cuts and slashes from broken glass, edged weapons and other similar hazards. Conforms to EN388 : 2.4.4.4.

Tops can be supplied with extended sleeves with thumb hole, cropped top, and polo neck with extended sleeves and thumb hole.

Bottoms are available with front vent, drawstring and elasticated ankles, reinforced groin and inner thigh or as Boxer shorts with or without reinforced groin and inner thigh. Black is the standard colour and sizes are Small, Medium and Large.

Nomex 180 gram or 260 gram

The standard, and to many the preferred option of assault suit. Developed in conjunction with various SF teams around the world, our option includes all the features required; reinforced and padded knee and elbows, integrated hood, elastic cuffs, etc.

Currently produced in two weights of material; lightweight 180 gram for tropical environments (i.e. Far East) and heavyweight 260 gram for colder climates (i.e. UK). Black is the standard colour and standard sizing is used in production, but we can make to order, if required.

Kermal GIGN

Possibly the best assault suit available. Using comparable to Nomex material, we can offer a one piece assault suit that offers a number of features that make this a better option.

Features include; Elastic waist and under-arms, breathable under arms for effective odour control, Anti Wicking, machine washable, Carbonise at > 400°C.

Kevlar One Piece

A one piece assault suit, made from Kelvar. Includes all the standard features, such as reinforced knees, pockets, etc. but because it is made from Kelvar, it isn’t just fire resistant, but cut resistant too.

So if your risk assessment makes note of cut and slash hazards, such as broken windows or glass, this suit will give you the protection required to minimise the risk of serve injury without compromising your ability to move freely.

Typically only available in dark colours and standard sizes, but this is a made to order suit, so bespoke options can be considered.

Uses different thickness of Super Stretch Neoprene to allow for the best fit and most unrestrictive design.

For added comfort, the knees are covered in rubber to offer added abrasion resistances, back entry zip, ankle zips for easy donning and plush lining for added warmth.

All our vests are made to order, therefore it is perfectly acceptable to specifiy features required and not mentioned. These can include; different colours or camouflage patterns, specific sizes, HOSDB compliant armour, additional fixed or removeable pouches, etc.

Ballistic Standards

For reference only.

• US NIJ denotes the standard for all ballistic protection equipment.

• NIJ IIIA is highest level for soft armour (i.e. vests) and refers to rounds typically fired from hand guns (i.e. 9mm and .44 magnum).

• NIJ IV is the highest level for hard armour (i.e. plates) and typically refers to rounds fired from rifles (i.e. 7.62 / AK, 5.56 / M4, AP, etc).

• AP denotes Armour Piercing, usually 7.62 rounds.

Other standards, such as HOSDB, Fragmentation, Stab and Cut resistant can all achieved, especially when we don’t use Kevlar and use laminated aramid fibres. As an added bonus the lamination process makes the armour waterproof, and unlike Kevlar, will still perform to standard wet or dry.

Designed to offer the highest level of protection to as much of the body as possible.

This vest is for the operative who is deployed as the point man for room/building clearances.

Level of protection provided, without up armour plates, is US NIJ IIIA, alterative standards, along with bespoke pocket configurations and colours can be provided upon requested. As standard the outer cover is either nylon of poly cotton mix, FR materials can be used if required.

The REV is a low profile, tactical vest, specifically shaped and engineered to allow the wearer the freedom required to carry out their duties.

The vest as standard is able to protect the wearer to US NIJ IIIA, options, such as waterproof, anti stab etc, are available upon request. No pockets, other than two plate pockets are included, but can be added, along with grab handle etc, if requested

30Climbing Ladder

It is much quicker to enter a ship or a building using a Climbing Ladder than using a soft/wire ladder. This carbon fibre climbing ladder is developed by the Norwegian Forces. Strength robustness and weight are the main factors for building a stealth fast ladder like this.

The ladder can be used from a boat or by divers entering a ship. It is also well suited for entering buildings through verandas or windows high up.

The Climbing Ladder consists of separate 1.7m sections which are assembled to make a ladder of up to 12m in height.

Each section is built with carbon fibre tube, and the area around the steps is reinforced using extra carbon fibre. The steps are produced using carbon fibre tubing which are reinforced internally using a titanium tube piece.

At the end of each pole is attached a titanium tube quick fitting. This enables the user to connect the tubes together using a pin. This is an easy, quick, and safe way to connect up the parts to a full tube. The top part of the tube is designed so the carbon fibre hook fits directly.

To adjust the final piece from the bottom part to the ground/boat it is common to attach a short wire ladder.

The top section can be fitted using a wire or a movable joint so that a distance at the top between where the carbon fibre hook attaches and the wall/shipside can be adjusted.

34C-RIS Ladder Vehicle

The C-RIS is a vehicle mounted personnel delivery system, which has been developed to cover a wide range of crisis situations. It is capable of deploying fully equipped personnel at ground level or above ground level to targets ranging from commercial aircraft, buses, and trains to the 3rd storey of buildings.

The system comes complete with the base vehicle and will carry four operatives in the cabin, eliminating the need for secondary support vehicles and reducing the setup cost to a minimum.

Aramid ABseil Rope

Heat generated from rapid descents can in some cases melt polyester fibres of regular ropes.

Wall Breaching System (WBS)

The WBS Variant is a Non Explosive Method of Entry system. Using a 22litre water or sand filled projectile the WBS will blast entry holes through walls enabling security / special forces teams fast, safe access to a building.

Using water / sand projectiles – fin stabilised for accuracy – means collateral damage is reduced to an absolute minimum and risk of harm to hostages considerably reduced compared to explosive alternatives. Additionally the WBS explosive free mechanism means an entry team can be placed directly at the point of entry for rapid access and shock effect.

The C-IED Launcher incorporates the design advances made with the WBS and Sea Stinger. This launcher has been designed to counter the threat of IEDs globally. Utilising laser range finders the C-IED Launcher fires projectiles which detonate over the suspect area with sufficient force to disrupt, destroy or detonate a suspect IED. Buccaneer

Designed as a light weight alternative to the Sea Stinger the Buccaneer delivers projectiles designed to deter and disable small fast sea craft at extended range.

The Buccaneer, with a range of up to 250m, uses specialised projectiles to lay buoyant netted lines across the path of an approaching craft. These lines entangle the propeller, stopping the craft.

The Buccaneer is extremely flexible; with a 360 traverse it can be used remotely from the bridge or control room quickly and safely having no explosive or pyrotechnic parts.

The Sea Stinger is used as an ‘Area Denial System’ for large marine key point installations such as oil rigs, ports or large cargo vessels that are vulnerable to acts of piracy or terrorism. The ‘big brother’ of the Buccaneer the Sea Stinger is able to deploy entangling netting out to a range of 500m. Providing a non lethal deterrence and defence against incursions into vulnerable water ways and areas of sea the Sea Stinger is both simple to use and maintain.

The Pry Ax® is a lightweight, multi-purpose, slam and ram tool designed to pry, enlarge openings, cut sheet metal and twist off locks and latches. Survival Knife

As used by pilots and special forces operatives, this J-Knife has been issued kit for many years. The ultra shape stainless steel blade is retained, with a metal sheath, with a simple squeeze to release handle/clasp. The metal sheath and retention are all integrated into a suitable colour nylon patch, so each user can sow onto their suit or combat gear in the most desirable position. The Shadow is a 4 rotor electrically powered VTOL micro-UAV using high capacity lithium polymer rechargeable batteries. It can be equipped with a variety of surveillance cameras, for use during the day and at night. Military and Police operations are reliant on the effective management of Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Intelligence (C4i) systems, to formulate, implement and change operational plans.
