Land  Use  Policies  Suppor/ng  Zoning  Regula/ons  

Title  18A  now  includes  specific  community  zoning  regula/ons  

Agricultural  Resource  Land  (ARL)  and  Transfer    of  Development  Rights  (TDR)  Programs  

The  County  has  adopted  a  countywide  program  for  the  preserva/on  of  ARL  lands  as  well  as  a  Transfer  of  Development  Rights  program  

Wildlife/Wetland/Habitat  In  2004,  the  County  adopted  a  countywide  Cri/cal  Areas  Ordinance,  Title  18E  

Design  Standards  The  County  has  adopted  community  design  standards  in  Title  18J    

Policies  in  Mul/ple  Community  Plans  

Policies  that  can  now  be  incorporated  into  the  Comprehensive  Plan  

Important  Issues  are  now  addressed  

by  policies,  regula/ons,  or
