Hi Everyone,

Fish Philosopher of the Week: Is Lucy Marshall for

being a considerate friend and working hard always.

Life Education Van: We had a fun day last Friday with

our friends from Laggan and Binda Public Schools joining us for the Life Edu-

cation Van, Archery and First Aid. Thank you to Denise and the Bigga SES

for giving instructions on basic First Aid to the children. All the children had

a great and very informative day.

P & C News: We are catering for the “Hillcreston” Ram Sale again this year

at Murray and Leanne Picker’s next Friday 14th November. Could all par-

ents please either buy or cook a cake or slice and give to Jenny or leave at

the school no later than Friday morning. Thank you, Renee

Drop Off and Pick Up Zone: The drop off and pick up zone for children in

the morning and afternoon will now be in the Car Park. We will walk the

children to the Car Park gate rather than the front gate. The bus will still

leave from its usual spot. We hope this will not cause too much inconven-

ience.

40 km an Hour Zone: We would like to remind everyone that it is a

40 km zone in Blackman Street between 8am and 9.30am and

again at 2.30pm until 4pm. So please slow down when passing the

school in the time zones. All other

times please remember that the

speed limit is 50km.

BIGGA GOLF CLUB NEWS:

The Club is open every Friday and Saturday from 5pm. Bistro opens on Friday at 6pm. Each Friday is a

Meat Raffle at 8.30pm. 18 hole comp played every Saturday afternoon. The Club is now open again on

Saturday’s from 5pm. Pies and Sausage Rolls are available for purchase as the Bistro is closed on Satur-

days.

Sunday 2nd November - Bigga Open Day sponsored by Elders Limited. 10am

Hit off. $20 includes BBQ on course. Please see attached advertisement.

Friday 7th November - Start of the 5 Hole Chicken Run each Friday through

daylight savings time from 5.30 - 6.00pm hit off.

Saturday 8th November - Bigga V Taralga Golf Day. BBQ on course. Hit off at

Midday. THIS HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL A LATER DATE TO BE

ANNOUNCED .

Saturday 6th December - Movember Family Sport Day. Fundraiser for Pros-

tate Cancer. More details to come.
