WHERE WE GOT THE BIBLE

DID THE CATHOLIC CHURCH TRY TO STOP DISSEMINATION OF THE BIBLE IN LUTHER'S TIME? Nothing could be further from the truth. The Bible is the Word of the Lord and is true

spiritual nourishment for Christians. The one who reads it will be blessed (cf Rev. 1:3) and as St. Jerome wrote, “To be ignorant of the Scripture is to be ignorant of Christ.”
