Stage 1: Brainstorm who your stakeholders are

represent a particular community or animportant sub-group of the population

provide essential skills and/or information to the process /project

fund the process

ensure consistency of policy

have legal rights in the project area

have power and money

Primary stakeholders :

those ultimately affected (positively or negatively )by an organization's actions.

Secondary stakeholders :

‘intermediaries’, persons or organizations who are indirectly affected.

Key stakeholders :

have significant influence upon or importancewithin an organization (can also belong to the first two groups)
