DAY 3 - Lima / Juliaca(1 breakfast)Transfer from your hotel to the Lima airport where you will fly to Juliaca then take a short bus ride to Puno, on the shores of Lake Titicaca. Afternoon at leisure.Overnight - Hotel Balsa Inn or similar

DAY 5-7 - Lake Titicaca (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners) Explore the islands of Lake Titicaca spending 2 nights with a local family. Learn about photographing people during a hands-on, two-hour photo workshop and then practice your skills at leisure in the community. DAY 8 - Sacred Valley(1 breakfast)Today enjoy a full day guided tour with our local guide through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. An important source of food for the Inca, the Sacred Valley is a lush agricultural region that continues to supply the city of Cuzco with much of its produce. DAY 10 - Cuzco(1 breakfast)Today you have a unique opportunity to visit and participate in a special portrait project, photographing children at the House of the People of the Sun. The house acts as a haven for 80 children and adolescents who live in extreme poverty. Children are given the opportunity to drop-in to receive help with homework, a warm meal, and participate in classes and workshops that teach them valuable skills, including jewelry making, leather working, sewing, cooking, music and English. This is sure to be one of the highlights of your tour.Overnight - Hotel Tikawasi Valle or similar

DAY 11 - Sacred Valley / Aguas Calientes(1 breakfast)Travel to Ollantayambo to enjoy an optional visit to a large Incan ruin site or the colorful artisan markets (time permitting), before boarding an afternoon train to Aguas Calientes.Overnight - Hotel Pachacutek or similar
