THE CHALLENGEWith a unique value proposition selling only FSA-eligible products online, FSAstore.com wanted to educate their visitors throughout the buying process to increase conversion rates. The company needed a way to understand how their online visitors were navigating through their site and learn more about their behaviors and actions.

Based on that data, they wanted to personalize the online experience with relevant and targeted content that would help educate visitors and accelerate the buying process.

The first step was to take a deep dive into their visitor base to determine the types of shoppers visiting their website. Visitors browsing but not yet purchasing were shown FSA Eligibility List and FSA Learning Center callout messages to drive brand awareness.
