1.0 OPENING COMMENTS

1.1 Call to Order / Quorum Check

The Nadcap Management Council (NMC) Metrics Committee was called to order at 11:50 a.m., 06-Jun-2017 (prior meeting ran over).

The meeting was restricted to Committee members as well as NMC members and invited guests.

1.2 Safety Information was reviewed.

1.3 Code of Ethics, Anti-Trust & Conflict of Interest was reviewed by Richard Blyth.

1.4 The NMC Metrics Meeting Agenda was reviewed.

1.5 Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

The previous meeting minutes were approved. Motion made by Jeff Cerre and seconded by Dave Soong to approve the minutes from 21-Feb-2016 as written. Motion passed unanimously.

2.0 REVIEW METRICS COMMITTEE CHARTER, CURRENT MEMBERSHIP STATUS

The attached NMC Metrics Committee Charter was reviewed. Scott Maitland and John Pfeiffer will be added to the NMC Metrics Committee. Mark Rechtsteiner will be removed.

3.0 RAIL

The attached Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) was reviewed. There is currently only one open action item MCA-81 which was updated during Agenda Item 7.

4.0 REVIEW NMC/BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S (BOD) METRICS

The attached BoD Metrics were reviewed. All metrics are “green”. Also, the NMC Document Ballot Participation metric was reviewed. Participation on letter ballots increased from 47% last meeting to 51% this meeting while affirmation ballot participation increased from 34% last meeting to 36% this meeting.

5.0 TASK GROUP METRICS SUMMARY REVIEW [MCA-64]

Richard Blyth reported that he and Glenn Shultz have been continually reviewing the monthly task group metrics.

There were no negative trends in the task group metrics over the last four months. Richard and Glenn will continue to review the task group metrics monthly and request explanations for any red metrics. Metrics and summaries are located in eAuditNet under the Metrics application and in the NMC Work Area.

6.0 REVIEW SUBSCRIBER ACCREDITATION METRICS

The attached Subscriber Accreditation Committee Metrics were reviewed. All metrics are “green”.

7.0 CURRENT METRICS REVIEW AND POTENTIAL NEW METRICS FOR 2018 UPDATE [MCA-81]

Richard Blyth reported that the sub-team met on 16-May-2017 and 05-Jun-2017 to continue to develop metrics regarding people and quality. Regarding people, the team is currently looking at document ballot participation, auditor interview participation and observation audit participation. Regarding quality, the team is looking at non-sustaining NCR data. Richard and Glenn will work with the data and then have another team meeting. The metrics committee suggested a couple of other ideas. Including:

Look at ballots on non-delegated staff engineer audits

For observation audits, count requests to observe an audit even if declined by the supplier

8.0 NADCAP UPDATE

The team reviewed Scott Klavon’s Nadcap Update presentation.

9.0 NADCAP EFFECTIVENESS & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 2017 SURVEY UPDATE

Glenn presented the attached 2017 Nadcap Effectiveness and Customer Satisfaction Survey results. Russ Cole will lead a team of Pascal Blondet, Scott Maitland, John Pfeiffer, Fabrizio Quadrini, and Victor Schonberger to review data, agree on spider graph rating for the satisfaction of each stakeholder group, and determine actions to achieve level 4 or above for each category
