This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the mutual agreement between Penang Site and the Engineering Team located at the Global Business Services in Chennai, India (GBS) for services, which the Engineering Team will provide to Penang Site.The SOW intends to:

Provide a clear understanding of Organizations / Sites in Scope Define the Scope of Services to be provided to the above Organization Define deliverables and timelines for the Services Provided

Define Contacts and Escalation routes, if needed

This SOW can be extended in scope for both organizations/sites as well as Services if needed.

Note: This document and is not a legal contract and is not intended to act as one.

2.0 SOW EFFECTIVE DATE

The SOW is effective as of 01-06-2014 and will be in effect indefinitely going forward.

Changes of Service Scope within a site will need to be agreed upon by ESS Management. Termination of the Services within this SOW will need to be agreed upon between Global Supplier Quality Management and ESS Management.Amendments to this SOW can be made to include additional Services or Organizations.

6.0 PROCESS DESCRIPTION

6.1. Process Flow Chart

6.1.1. GBS Engineering Team (PCN Coordinator) Roles & Responsibilities6.1.1.1. Review the e-mail for PCN Team.6.1.1.2. Copy the file (ipdr.txt) from Filezilla(BAAN) for company site 061 and 027S to your local drive and rename it as ipdr061.txt and ipdr027.txt. Combine both the files (ipdr061 and ipdr027), remove the unwanted headers, format the MPN column as text, rename the tab as Sheet1 and save it in excel workbook with filename as ipd.xlsx.6.1.1.3. Extract the file from Agile for company site 061 and 027S to your local drive. Combine PNA-MPN_List27.csv & PNA-MPN_List61.csv, remove unwanted data, format the Manufacturers.MFR.Part Number (Column D) as text, rename the tab as Sheet1 and save it in share drive as an excel workbook with filename as PNA-MPN.xlsx.6.1.1.4. Retrieve 01_amvl.dbf that is located in I:\SubSysRpt\01\AMVL and save it in Shared drive and rename it as Supprof.dbf.6.1.1.5. Copy all the affected PNs from the supplier notification and paste on an Excel worksheet. Do the necessary such as sorting, remove duplication.6.1.1.6. Look the PNs in the two databases (PNA-MPN.xlsx and ipd.xlsx) that were saved earlier.6.1.1.7. For the affected MPNs in Infimacs system, the PNs will be retrieved by using 1)SPRO for PCN.mdb in PCN tool folder.6.1.1.8. Combine all the affected MPNs that were retrieved from the 3 databases and paste them in MPN_xls.xls.

6.1.1.9. Open PCN Tool.accdb in PCN Tool folder.6.1.1.10. Double click all the three queries below (Ipd_xlsx Query, PNA-MPN_xlsx Query & Supprof_Query). After each double click, all the queries contain the affected AMLs will appear on the right hand side of the screen accordingly.6.1.1.11. Copy all the affected AMLs from each query and paste them in 6) Report--- Affected Parts.xlsx in folder PCN Tool.6.1.1.12. Remove the headers from the queries and use the existing headers in 6) Report--- Affected Parts.xlsx.6.1.1.13. Save the file into folder List of affected MPN which is also in PCN Tool folder & rename it according to the suppliers PCN reference number.6.1.1.14.
