Your site is a little bit awkward to get in , but once you are there it is anoustanding educational tool

Tejas et al have submitted a manuscript on web based teachingsurveying the responses of the end user. Web based teaching andlearning is exploding even in the medical field and limited data isavailable on the benefits to the end user.

Nephropathology taught traditionally has its limitations. Web based

teaching and learning provides easy access and learning opportunity tothe user and moreover at a convenient time and place. The informationprovided through these sites needs to be accurate and well presented tokeep the focus of the end user.

The authors have presented a novel way of keeping the focus by usingmystery case format. The manuscript is well written and I believe is agood start to reporting the value and proper evaluation of distancelearning in the field of medicine in mainstream literature.

    Minor corrections:

    1. Line 3 under methods - specify RT and KH as authors 2. Provide breakdown of users if available - students, residents, fellows, faculty andpractising physicians to add credibility to the survey.

Reviewer: 3Comments to the AuthorDesai et al present results from The Nephrology On-Demand experience.

This is an innovative new tool that has potential for invigorating thestudy of nephrology. The Brief Report format seems appropriate forconveying the message.

Was an IRB approval required to track user data for research purposes?
